With the winter turning to spring and brighter days seemingly hours away, it is a good time to reflect on preparing our mind for the new season. We often commit to New Year's resolutions that begin to fade by late January. Perhaps it is time to connect with an ongoing, non-judgmental approach? What a gift we could provide to ourselves in the hustle and bustle of everyday life if we could be mindful and live purposefully.
