Welcome to the next generation of Dartmouth-Hitchcock's electronic health record (EHR). If you were familiar with our former system, Patient Online, meet myD-H! We've brought together 14 separate record-keeping systems into one comprehensive system, leading to an even higher quality of care.

You can access your EHR through the secure myD-H portal. Your EHR includes information about past medical appointments, test results, surgical procedures, hospitalizations, prescriptions, allergies, immunizations and other information such as digitized X-rays and MRIs.
