About Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord is a multi-specialty, community group practice with more than 70 physicians and associate providers offering a full range of health care services. Patients and providers benefit from convenient in-house lab and radiology services provided by Concord Hospital.

An integrated practice including Concord Hospital and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord physicians, as well as heart surgeons employed by Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, provides cardiac care at Concord Hospital Cardiac Associates. Outpatient tertiary level services are also provided onsite at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord, including gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology and fertility, and some pediatric specialty services provided by CHaD (Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock), the state's only children’s hospital.
